We only had a small presence in the yellow pages but this grew slowly over the years. Our work in Schools and Aged Care facilities gained momentum through various people recommending Cool Times to look after all their Air Conditioning needs.
Once the age of the internet had well and truly arrived and competition grew, our presence on the internet became essential. Our web site was established and enquiries increased dramatically. Along with the web site we started getting enquiries from people on social media blog sites where past customers have sung Cool Times praises and highly recommended us to the extent that they only get the one quote. The many letters and emails from satisfied past customers are testament to this and can be seen on our web site.
